Job summary

Reed Education is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to support KS1 and KS2 classes across Norfolk. Join a flexible program with a variety of primary school placements and a dedicated consultant to help you find suitable assignments.

Ideal candidates will have prior TA experience, a passion for working with children, and strong communication and organisational skills to adapt to different schools and routines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a TA or in a support-based role.
• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Ability to adapt to new settings and routines.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the class teacher with whole-class activities.
• Running small group interventions.
• Providing general classroom support and helping maintain a positive learning environment.
• Assisting with pupil engagement, behaviour and learning tasks.
