Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for immediate and ongoing daily supply across Kingston primary schools (EYFS–KS2). You will support pupils in class and in 1:1 or small-group settings to boost learning and confidence.

The role offers flexible days, weekly PAYE pay, and access to CPD courses through The National College. A strong Kingston school network and consultant support accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in school, nursery or educational setting.
• SEN experience is desirable but not essential.
• Enhanced DBS / Update Service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in the classroom.
• Provide 1:1 and small‑group support under teacher guidance.
• Assist with interventions and classroom activities to aid learning.
