Job summary

Academics are recruiting for an Upper Key Stage 2 Teacher to work across primary schools in Doncaster. This is a temporary, flexible ongoing supply role covering Years 5 and 6, with opportunities for day-to-day or longer-term assignments across multiple schools.

You will create a positive classroom environment, deliver engaging lessons and uphold high expectations for pupils. A QTS and experience in Upper KS2 are required, with DBS Update Service preferred. Competitive daily rates apply.

Qualifications

• QTS and experience in Upper KS2
• Strong classroom management and behaviour skills
• Good knowledge of the primary curriculum
• DBS Update Service or willingness to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging lessons across Years 5 and 6 in Doncaster primary schools
• Follow school planning and curriculum expectations
• Manage the classroom and maintain positive behaviour
• Support pupil development and assess progress where required
