Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd. is seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to cover Years 3–6 on a part-time basis in the TS12 area. The role starts November 2026 and involves delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stage 2, supporting pupils’ learning, and maintaining an inclusive classroom environment.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS, have primary school experience, and be confident adapting lessons for different year groups while building positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2 (Y3–Y6).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality PPA cover across Years 3–6.
• Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across KS2.
• Adapt lessons to meet needs of different year groups and abilities.
• Support pupils' reading, writing, mathematics and other subjects.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress and provide feedback.
• Create a safe, positive learning environment and promote good behaviour.
• Collaborate with class teachers and teaching assistants.
• Contribute to wider school life and adhere to school policies.
