Job description

Job Title: Supply Teacher (KS1 or KS2, NO RESPONSIBILITIES)

Location: Richmond

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students (Planning already provided for you).
  2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  3. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
  5. Participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (2:2 minimum).
  2. Valid teaching certification – QTS.
  3. Proven experience in teaching (2 years preferred).
  4. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  5. Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  6. Qualified Teacher Status/NQT.
  7. Relevant Primary school experience.
  8. Supply two recent references.
  9. Enhanced DBS or be willing to apply for one.
