Job summary

Phoenix Resourcing Services is seeking a hardworking Kitchen Porter or General Assistant for flexible part-time shifts in London. The role involves helping kitchen teams with preparation, washing pots and equipment, keeping areas clean, assisting with service, receiving deliveries, and following food safety procedures. Immediate start available.

A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate is essential. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 2:30pm, with pay at £12.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS certificate (essential).
• Previous experience in hospitality or related roles is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen teams with food preparation tasks.
• Wash pots, pans, crockery, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and service areas.
• Assist with food service and counter service when needed.
• Receive and store deliveries.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• Support catering teams during busy service periods.
