APPLE TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT (UK) LIMITED is seeking an Intermediate Estimator in Hertfordshire for a permanent role with flexible working. You will support cost plans, pricing of tenders, BoQs and take-offs under JCT D&B forms, contributing to a busy tender pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years’ experience with a main contractor or subcontractor, a construction-related degree, and familiarity with Conquest or Excel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years+ experience with a main contractor or subcontractor in estimation or pre-construction roles.
• Degree or HND/HNC in a construction-related subject.
• Experience with cost plans, BoQs, and tender pricing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost plans and pricing of tenders under JCT D&B forms.
• Produce BoQs, take-offs, full cost plans and target cost reporting; assist with procurement duties.
