Job summary

N Family Club in Cambridge is seeking a Flexi Housekeeper to maintain a clean, hygienic environment for our nursery team, parents and children. You will use your COSHH knowledge to help keep the nursery safe, support the kitchen when needed, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere daily.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role.
Good knowledge of COSHH and understanding of Health and Safety best practices.

Responsibilities

Provide high standards of cleaning to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
Be welcoming to children, parents, staff and visitors at all times.
Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and nappy changing areas.
Report damage or faulty equipment to nursery management and remove if necessary.
Carry out daily laundry duties as required.
Take in deliveries and distribute within the nursery.
Promote good hygiene standards throughout the nursery.
Support Educators in rooms when needed and interact with children as required.
