N Family Club in Hove, East Sussex, is hiring a Flexi Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe nursery environment for children and staff. You’ll work with the Nursery team to uphold high cleaning standards, manage daily laundry, and support the kitchen when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role.
• Good COSHH knowledge and understanding of health and safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high cleaning standards to ensure a safe nursery environment.
• Welcome children, parents, staff and visitors warmly.
• Maintain indoor plants and ensure they are hydrated.
• Keep communal areas attractive and well presented.
• Report damage or faulty equipment to nursery management.
• Maintain hygiene in bathrooms and changing areas.
• Assist with daily laundry duties as required.
• Follow COSHH guidelines for storage and use of cleaning products.
• Support kitchen cleaning duties when needed.
• Interact with children safely and uphold safeguarding practices.
