Job summary

Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge is seeking a Casual Site Lettings Assistant to support the smooth running of our community lettings programme outside normal school hours. You will manage premises, assist hirers, and ensure health and safety standards are upheld.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and school holidays. A First Aid qualification would be advantageous but is not essential. Apply via our People Team contact details provided.

Responsibilities

• Opening and securing the school premises for lettings.
• Welcoming and assisting hirers and visitors.
• Setting up and putting away equipment, tables and chairs.
• Carrying out basic maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Monitoring facilities and reporting defects or damage.
• Supporting a safe, secure and professional environment during lettings.
• Acting appropriately in emergencies.
