• Experience of working with young people that present with neurodiversity.
• Ability to de-escalate meltdowns and support with regulation when overwhelmed.

Responsibilities

• Gaming together – from casual sessions to shared interests in new releases.
• Eating out – cafés, restaurants, trying new places.
• Building confidence to explore activities outside the family home as the relationship develops.
• Encouraging independence, social opportunities, and fun.
• De-escalate meltdowns and support regulation when overwhelmed.
