Job summary

ESSEX PARTNERSHIP UNIVERSITY NHS FOUNDATION TRUST is seeking staff to assist in delivering recreational activities under supervision of a registered Occupational Therapist. Roles include one-to-one and group activities, with some shifts in the evenings and at weekends on the ward setting.

Ideal candidates will have mental health experience and strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health.
• Able to work flexibly including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of recreational activities one-to-one and in groups.
• Work on ward environment as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Support development of intervention pathways and patient engagement.
