Qualifications

• Strong value base and empathetic approach to individuals within supported housing environments.
• Experience within a similar Social Care setting is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of people, including those who are homeless or dealing with mental illness.
• Ensure hostel occupants comply with hostel rules and regulations.
• Provide emotional support to the hostel’s occupants.
• Explain and ensure adherence to health and safety procedures.
• Provide relevant information to all visitors to the hostel.
• Liaise with Housing Officers where appropriate.
• Promote equality and diversity throughout the business.
• Ensure high standards of customer care.
