Job summary

Lush HairLab in Brighton is hiring skilled hair professionals to lead the client journey from consultation to styling. You will tailor services to individual hair needs, educate clients on home care, and contribute to a high-quality salon experience.

Ideally you bring 2+ years of column experience, a local client base, and a passion for diverse styling techniques in a retail haircare setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing or equivalent experience in the Industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with running a column or able to demonstrate why you should be considered.
• Established local client base is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform full client journey: consultation, product choices, hair washing, cutting and styling.
• Collaborate with clients to carve out their true hair identity and build rapport.
• Educate clients on home care to maintain a style.
