Qualifications

• SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience running a salon column or demonstrable equivalent.
• Established local client base is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to perform diverse cutting and styling techniques with up-to-date skills.
• Excellent customer service including consultations and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform full client journey: consultation, product selection, washing, cutting and styling.
• Educate clients on home care to maintain style and health of hair.
• Maintain salon standards, hygiene and presentation.
• Support retail sales and provide 5* consultations.
• Collaborate with the team and participate in events to promote services.
