Milefield Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team. You will support play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework, promoting communication, independence and personal development for all children.

The role involves observing, assessing and planning for next steps, plus helping to maintain an engaging indoor and outdoor environment while building strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Experience with early years provision and EYFS framework is desirable.
• Ability to observe, assess and plan for children's next steps.
• Strong communication with colleagues and families to support wellbeing.
