Job summary

Funtastic Kids LTD is seeking a Cover Supervisor to manage and supervise Breakfast and After School Clubs in Berkshire. You will oversee a team of playworkers, ensure safeguarding, plan activities, and liaise with schools and parents to support children's development.

The role requires a driving licence, flexibility to move between sites, and a commitment to creating a safe, engaging environment for children aged 4-13.

Qualifications

• Experience with children in school or play settings is essential.
• Ability to lead a team and plan activities.
• Willingness to travel between locations and cover different sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise club operations in line with company policies.
• Lead and supervise a team of playworkers.
• Arrange cover staff for sickness or unavailability.
• Audit resources and manage a weekly/fortnightly food budget.
• Ensure safeguarding policies and health and safety compliance.
• Plan activities to promote enjoyment and development.
• Communicate with parents and school staff and provide feedback.
