Job summary

We Change Lives is seeking a Bank Support Worker to provide high-quality, personalised care within Chapel house and Old chapel services in the Winsford area. You will work flexible ad hoc hours, days or nights, with opportunities to earn 80% of pay upfront via FlexEarn.

Responsibilities include mentoring colleagues, maintaining detailed reports, safeguarding, and delivering person-centred support in line with care plans. A compassionate approach and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings is preferred and helpful.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor new colleagues during induction to support high-quality care delivery.
• Participate in supervision, observation and appraisal processes.
• Provide effective communication including accurate written reports.
• Follow WCL financial procedures and organizational policies.
• Maintain safeguarding and health & safety standards and report concerns.
