The City of Edinburgh Council is recruiting a Cleaning Operative at Davidson Mains Primary School. You will join our Facilities Management team to provide a reliable cleaning service across our estate, helping keep schools safe and welcoming for pupils and staff.

The role offers permanent posts with flexible morning/evening/daytime hours, pro rata for part-time, and a competitive pension scheme. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Responsabilidades

• Empty litter and recycling bins.
• Clean all surfaces, internal glass, floors, furniture, fixtures and fittings within buildings.
• Clean all sanitary areas, toilets and showers and replenish washroom consumables.
• Emergency and reactive cleaning as required (graffiti removal, body fluid spillages, spills).
• Care and cleanliness of all equipment used in carrying out duties.
• Assist with cleaning tasks across other buildings when required.
• Deliver cleaning to specification and cooperate with performance measurement.
