Job summary

City of Edinburgh Council is recruiting a Cleaning Operative for Dalry Primary School in Edinburgh. The role is 15 hours per week across 40 weeks, with a 3pm–6pm shift from Monday to Friday.

You will help keep school facilities clean and safe and join a supportive facilities team with flexible hours and progressive opportunities. The post offers above-market rates, a secure contract and an excellent pension, with sessional hours available on some posts.

Qualifications

• PVG Scheme clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a vital cleaning service across our estate to ensure safe and clean places to work or learn in.
• Be a key member of the Facilities Management team and support cleaning across City of Edinburgh Council properties.
