Prestige Nursing Ltd is seeking a Community Care Assistant to support clients in Montrose, Kirriemuir and Forfar with personal care, medication assistance, and meal preparation. Shifts include early and late slots; driving is required and training is provided.

The role offers flexible hours on a zero-hour or contracted basis, with on-going development and a focus on high-quality community-based care. DBS checks and right-to-work verification will be conducted as part of safer recruitment.

Qualifications

• Experience desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to remain in their homes by assisting with personal care, meal preparation and medication support.
• Assist with showering and continence care as needed.
• Follow care plans and report any changes to the branch team.
