Job summary

Loughborough University is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Coach to lead the S&C provision for Men's Hockey and Cricket programs within the Sport department. Based at Loughborough, you will work with senior coaches to support athletes in a high‑performance environment and gain hands‑on experience.

The role requires some evening and weekend work, with a 7.5% flexibility allowance and a full‑time, open‑ended contract in the Loughborough Sport unit.

Qualifications

• Must have strength and conditioning coaching experience.
• Will work with Men's Hockey, Women's Cricket and Men's Cricket.
• Role requires flexibility including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead S&C provision for Men's Hockey, Women's Cricket and Men's Cricket.
• Collaborate with experienced coaches to develop athletes.
• Adapt work schedules to include evenings/weekends as needed.
