Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Group, seeks a High Court Enforcement Officer (Certificated) to enforce court writs and support clients across the UK. This self-employed role offers flexibility, training, and development.

Daily OTE £200+ based on skills and experience, with a minimum commitment of 2 days per week. You will be responsible for enforcing writs, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining detailed case records while upholding professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Certificated Enforcement Agent with valid certificate.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
• Clean DBS check.
• Credit history acceptable with repayment arrangements if CCJs exist.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams and clients.
• Understanding of energy, utilities, or enforcement operations is advantageous.
• Experience in enforcement, security, debt recovery, or related field is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Enforce court writs for clients and local authorities.
• Recover debts or seize goods where appropriate.
• Negotiate and agree payment arrangements.
• Maintain detailed case records and meet performance targets.
• Represent Engage Services and Marston Holdings with integrity.
• Must be Certified, with valid certificate.
