Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to provide flexible treatment room sessions across primary care services in Cinderford. You will support nursing and clinical teams with routine duties, observations and standard procedures in GP clinic environments.

Ideal candidates will have prior HCA experience in NHS or primary care settings, be confident with clinical observations, and have DBS clearance.

Qualifications

• Prior HCA experience in primary care or NHS settings.
• Confident performing routine clinical observations.
• DBS checked or enhanced DBS process completed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine clinical observations (BP, pulse, temp).
• Support treatment room procedures and wound care.
• Perform ECGs and basic health checks.
• Assist with phlebotomy if trained.
