Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant for flexible treatment room sessions across primary care services in Brynamman. This role involves assisting with routine clinical tasks and supporting nursing and clinical teams in GP environments.

You will perform day-to-day treatment room duties, essential observations and routine procedures, ensuring smooth patient flow and consistent clinical support across the service. DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as HCA in primary care or NHS settings.
• Capable of performing routine clinical observations.
• Phlebotomy experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine clinical observations (BP, pulse, temperature).
• Support treatment room procedures and wound care.
• Record patient data and update electronic records.
• Assist clinicians and maintain a clean, safe environment.
