Locums First in Cardiff is seeking General Practitioners for flexible locum roles across primary care services. You will work in urgent access clinics, routine reviews, and triage, with autonomy and variety in clinical environments.

We offer regular weekly availability and ad-hoc cover to fit your schedule. GMC-registered with NHS Performers List, you must hold indemnity and DBS. Flexible shifts include weekday and weekend sessions in local GP practices.

Qualificações

• GMC-registered GP with valid practising certificate.
• Inclusion on NHS Performers List.
• Experience in GP, urgent care or community primary care settings.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Valid indemnity and Enhanced DBS.

Responsabilidades

• Managing urgent and routine GP clinics across different primary care settings.
• Conducting telephone consultations and triage.
• Assessing acute, chronic and undifferentiated presentations.
• Prescribing within scope and handling medication queries.
• Reviewing results, referrals and follow-up actions.
• Recording accurate clinical notes in service-specific systems.
• Working collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams.
