Locum Ready seeks an experienced General Practitioner for flexible primary care clinic sessions across Wickford, balancing autonomy with consistent service environments.

You will manage routine and acute presentations, conduct telephone and face-to-face consultations, and support day-to-day clinical operations within established clinics, with data-driven record-keeping and safe prescribing under guidelines.

Qualifications

• GMC-registered GP.
• NHS Performers List inclusion.
• Experience in primary care or community settings.
• Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments.
• Valid indemnity and Enhanced DBS.

Responsabilités

• Deliver independent GP-led clinics within primary care settings.
• Manage acute, chronic and undifferentiated presentations.
• Conduct telephone triage and same-day access appointments.
• Prescribe safely within clinical guidelines.
• Handle clinical actions including results, referrals and medication reviews.
• Maintain accurate digital clinical records.
