Locum Ready is seeking an experienced General Practitioner for flexible primary care clinic sessions across Whitstable. This regional role offers structured, well-supported GP clinical sessions, ideal for GPs looking to balance autonomy with consistent service environments.

You will manage routine and acute presentations, conduct telephone and face-to-face consultations, and support day-to-day clinical operations within established primary care clinics.

Qualifications

• GMC-registered GP with current license to practice in the UK.
• Inclusion on NHS Performers List.
• Experience in primary care or community settings.
• Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments.
• Valid indemnity and Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver independent GP-led clinics within primary care settings.
• Manage acute, chronic and undifferentiated presentations.
• Conduct telephone triage and same-day access appointments.
• Prescribe safely within clinical guidelines.
• Handle clinical actions including results, referrals and medication reviews.
• Maintain accurate digital clinical records.
