Community Care Live is seeking a Social Worker to join an Assessment and Intervention Team, delivering front-door safeguarding and timely decisions that improve outcomes for children and families.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
• Experience in children’s services, ideally in assessment or safeguarding teams.
• Experience managing statutory casework within a local authority setting.

Aufgaben

• Undertake assessments and develop outcome-focused plans that balance risk and need.
• Build effective relationships with children and families to ensure their voices inform care planning.
• Work in partnership with multi-agency professionals to deliver coordinated safeguarding interventions.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement and audit processes.
