Job summary

Heim is recruiting freelance phlebotomists for Leeds and Yorkshire, joining an existing team to deliver high-quality care in clients' homes and liaise with the Clinical Operations Team as required to report on activities.

You must be able to commit to at least 8 hours from Monday - Friday between 7am-12pm per week, and we welcome phlebotomists with broad availability to meet patient demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months phlebotomy experience.
• DBS Disclosure (enhanced, child and adult).
• Personal professional indemnity insurance (evidence required).
• 2 referees, at least one from recent employment.
• Full driving license and access to own vehicle.
• Fluent English (required).

Responsibilities

• Carry out blood tests and domiciliary visits as a lone practitioner with support.
• Seek advice from Heim Clinical team for matters outside responsibility/scope.
• Ensure domiciliary samples are posted or brought to hub in time for courier collection.
• Document blood tests in patient records.
• Report risks identified to Heim Clinical team and seek guidance.
• Follow company protocols and guidelines.
