Job summary

Bright Horizons Farnborough Day Nursery and Pre School is seeking a flexible practitioner to join the Bright Flex/Bank team. You will support EYFS delivery through engaging activities and help with daily tasks while working with a supportive team.

The role requires an appropriate Level 3+ Early Years qualification, experience with children, and a strong commitment to safeguarding. DBS checks are part of safer recruitment.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification is required.
• Experience working with children in nursery settings.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible, bank/agency style role.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of EYFS through engaging activities.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and prep.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a safe, caring environment for children.
