Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd seeks a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator to support children in Nursery and Reception across welcoming primary schools in Lambeth. You will help deliver EYFS activities, create an inclusive environment, and foster children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.

The role involves teamwork with teachers, observation and progress recording, and supporting learners with diverse needs while maintaining safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience in EYFS, nursery, or primary school.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Caring, patient, and proactive approach.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Support EYFS learning activities and deliver engaging experiences.
• Create a safe, stimulating, inclusive learning environment.
• Promote development across social, emotional, physical and cognitive domains.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to deliver high-quality learning.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress when required.
• Support children with varying learning needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour and build relationships with pupils and families.
