Job summary

Reeson Education is recruiting a passionate Early Years Educator to join a welcoming primary school in Lambeth, South London, starting 9th November 2026. This Level 3 qualified childcare professional will help children develop confidence, communication and early learning skills.

The successful candidate will support children across the EYFS, creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Experience working with young children in a nursery, Reception or primary school setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
• Caring, patient and proactive approach to supporting young learners.

Salary: £105-£120 per day, dependent on experience

The successful candidate will support children across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

The Role - Early Years Educator

As an Early Years Educator, your responsibilities will include:
