Job summary

Bright Horizons Rugby Day Nursery is hiring a Bank Staff Member to support the delivery of the EYFS through engaging activities that nurture children’s development. You will work within a supportive team, helping with everyday duties and ensuring high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities.
• Encourage development towards key milestones as part of a larger team.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
