Responsibilities

• Prepare examination rooms and ensure all required materials and equipment are in place before exams begin.
• Supervise students during examinations, maintaining a calm, secure and orderly environment.
• Check attendance registers and ensure candidates are seated according to examination requirements.
• Distribute, collect and safely manage examination papers and materials in line with regulations.
• Follow examination procedures and report any issues or irregularities to the Exams Officer promptly.
