Bruin is recruiting Employment Lawyers across PQE levels (Associate, Senior Associate, and more experienced levels) for team expansion in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The role covers contentious and non-contentious matters for a diverse client base, from SMEs to national and international businesses.

The position offers a full-time role with flexible working options, focusing on strategic advice, drafting, and negotiations in a busy employment practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in contentious, non-contentious, or mixed employment law practices.
• Roles span Associate, Senior Associate, and mid-senior levels for qualified Employment Solicitors.
• Ability to advise across SMEs to large corporates on employment matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle Employment Tribunal litigation and case management.
• Engage in ACAS early conciliation and settlement negotiations.
• Address day-to-day HR and employee relations issues.
