Job summary

As an ECT, you will deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, KS2, plan in line with the UK National Curriculum, assess pupil progress, and collaborate with school staff to support excellent educational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• ECTs, recently qualified teachers, or those completing induction are suitable.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching and supporting children's learning.
• Strong classroom management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
• Assess, monitor, and adapt teaching to support pupil progress.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff, and senior leaders.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Support children's academic, social, and emotional development.
