Job summary

Grandir UK is seeking a GrandFlex Bank Practitioner to deliver high‑quality care and learning experiences across our local nursery cluster. You will create safe, nurturing environments and support children's development through play and planned activities.

You will work with nursery teams to maintain standards, build strong relationships with children and families, and adhere to EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies, while safeguarding and confidentiality are prioritised.

Qualifications

• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• The flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
• Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
