Barnardo's is recruiting As & When Early Years Practitioners to join our teams across Gloucester City and the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire. The role involves providing early years education with a focus on EYFS, working as part of a supportive team, and meeting targets and deadlines.

Salary is £12.62 per hour with 0 hours and an as-and-when contract. DBS clearance is required, and candidates should be committed to safeguarding children and families.

Qualifications

• Early Education/Childcare Level 2 minimum (preferably Level 3).
• Work in a team to provide high-quality services to young children and families.
• Support delivery of 2-year-old and pre-school nursery provision.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to meet targets and deadlines.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• DBS clearance is required.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
