Job summary

Bright Horizons Mount Vernon is seeking a flexible nursery practitioner to join our Bright Flex/Bank team. You will help deliver the EYFS through engaging activities, supporting children's development, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

The role blends bank/agency flexibility with the security and benefits of employment, including DBS checks and access to staff training. Prior nursery experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience working with children in nursery or related settings.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults.
• Solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in educational activities.
• Work as part of a larger team to complete day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
