Job summary

Bright Horizons Wokingham Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a flexible practitioner to join our Bright Flex/Bank team in Wokingham. You will help deliver the EYFS through engaging activities and support the wider team with daily tasks.

A Level 3+ in Early Years and safeguarding knowledge are essential, with a passion for fun learning and strong communication skills. The role combines the security of employment with flexible bank shifts and access to our development programmes.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience working with children in nursery settings.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children.
• Strong communication with children and adults.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to adapt and stay flexible in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support EYFS delivery through engaging, educational activities.
• Work as part of a larger team to complete day-to-day tasks.
• Assist with room tidying and preparation for activities.
