Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, apprentice, or early years educator)
• Relevant safeguarding/child protection training (desirable) and willingness to update regularly
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children

Responsibilities

• Cover nurseries when needed with flexible start/end times
• Lead our learning through play ethos and our N Curriculum
• Follow daily routine and ensure smooth transitions between meals, naps and play
• Build strong relationships with parents
• Promote child welfare and safeguarding procedures
