N Family Club in Whetstone, North London, is hiring Flexible Bank Educators to bring the N Curriculum to life across age groups, supporting room leaders, creating a safe, welcoming environment, and building strong relationships with children and families.

This role offers flexible hours and an hourly pay of £14.78–£17.97, with holiday entitlement. Daily perks include lunch and drinks, referrals up to £1,000, wellbeing events, and a welcome bonus potential when joining permanently.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (preferred).
• Flexible, reliable approach and ability to adapt quickly.
• Paediatric First Aid and safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to train).
• Passion for helping children grow, learn and thrive.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Bringing the N Curriculum to life across different age groups through play and meaningful interactions
• Supporting room leaders and educators with daily routines, activities and care practices
• Creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children
• Building strong, supportive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Embracing the variety and pace of working flexibly across different rooms and age groups
• Following safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene policies
• Maintaining professionalism, reliability and a positive attitude throughout your shifts
