E.ON Energy Solutions Ltd is hiring Dual Fuel SMART Meter Installers to cover Glasgow and surrounding areas. You’ll visit customers, provide tailored energy advice, and install SMART PAYG meters, balancing field work with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• MOCOPA/CMA1/MET2 qualified.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK driving license (up to 6 points accepted).
• Willing to undertake 3-Phase electricity training and travel/overnight stays as required.
• Reside in or near Glasgow; broadband access at home.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent face-to-face customer service.
• Discuss and agree payment solutions with customers.
• Exchange meters to PAYG or classic prepay.
• Gather customer and property information.
