Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters seeks Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers to replace gas and electricity meters in customers' homes at the Glasgow site. You will deliver a first-class after-care demonstration and handover for new meters.

The role requires a focus on safety, accuracy and customer service, with evident experience in smart metering and UK standards. A valid UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• MET1 required for metering work.
• CCN1/CMA1/CMA3 qualifications preferred.
• Candidate should understand single phase electricity.
• MOCOPA (1a/1c) competency desirable.
• REGT1 and polyphase knowledge is a plus.
• Full UK Driving licence is essential.
• Minimum 6 months experience fitting dual fuel meters.
• 3 phase or multi-meter experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.
• Provide after-care with a full meter usage demonstration.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.
