Job summary

Ganymede Energy in Scotland is seeking a Dual Fuel Engineer to join our expanding smart home field team. You will install gas and electric meters with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service, following a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule.

You will earn a basic salary of £38,675 with overtime paid at time-and-half, a £25 per meter bonus after 5 meters, a £60 lunch allowance per month, a £2,000 year-end loyalty/performance bonus, and 23 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum CCN1/CMA1 & MET1 or Level 2 Smart Meter Diploma.
• At least 6 months experience installing gas & electric meters.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install gas and electric meters for customers.
• Provide high-quality customer service and support on site.
• Work with field operations team and upcoming training programs.
