Job summary

My Four Wheels is expanding across the UK and seeks new driving instructors. We’ll train you from the start and guide you to becoming an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), with flexible scheduling and local work.

Lesson rates are around £38 per hour, offering strong income whether you work part-time or full-time. Training fees are paid back after one year of service, and dual-control cars may be available through partner providers.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
• Willing to train through the DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 pathway.
• Comfort with flexible working hours and local teaching locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide driving lessons as you progress through the Training Academy.
• Help learners gain independence and improve road safety.
• Work within local postcodes and manage a practical teaching diary.
