Instructors typically earn around £38 per hour, with earnings reaching £39k annually for part-time schedules and £50k+ for full-time workloads. Training fees can be paid back after a year of service.

Qualifications

• No prior instructing experience required; just a professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Training provided to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).
• DVSA eligibility: full UK driving licence for 3+ years, max 5 penalty points, no bans in last 5 years, reliable and patient.

Responsibilities

• Train to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) via DVSA Parts 1–3.
• Teach learners and support them through their driving journey.
• Promote safe driving and help students pass their tests.
