Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5‑star rated driving school with 500 instructors nationwide — and we’re expanding across the UK. You don’t need previous instructing experience — we’ll train you from the start and guide you to becoming an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

Earn up to £50,000+ with lessons around £38/hour. Training academy provides DVSA Parts 1–3, dual‑control vehicles, and complete support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no bans in the last 5 years.
• Be reliable, patient, and confident communicating with people.

Responsibilities

• Train to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) with our academy.
• Teach learners and help them gain independence.
• Follow structured route through DVSA Parts 1–3 with support.
• Deliver in-car coaching and theory preparation with online resources.
