Job summary

Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd, on behalf of Royal Mail, is seeking flexible temporary postal delivery drivers in Scotland. You’ll deliver letters and parcels within your community and drive a Royal Mail van, with parts of your route walked on foot.

A full UK manual driving licence with up to 6 points is required, along with the fitness to walk 20,000 steps daily and to adapt to shifting schedules. Pay rates vary by shift and are shown on the rate card.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence with up to 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and carry a mailbag up to 16 kg.
• Shifts vary; must be able to adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels on your route across your area.
• Drive a Royal Mail delivery van and complete parts of the route on foot.
• Ensure items are delivered securely and to recipients.
